Lublin Airport, a small-sized airport in Poland with half a million passengers per year, is now running on PADS4. For the digital transformation of the airport, Polish partner VC SYSTEM integrated PADS4 digital signage software on Samsung screens across the airport. With the PADS4 HTML5 Viewers on Samsung Smart Signage Platform screens (SSSP), hardware players were no longer needed. This results in a more easy implementation, as fewer third parties are needed and most of all it will save costs.
Next to displaying FIDS information, the duty-free shops are now able to show their ads on the screens at the check-in desks. The ads are automatically displayed when the check-in desks are closed. With appealing data-driven content, VC SYSTEM tried to clearly inform the passengers on Lublin Airport about the up-to-date flight information and the best duty-free deals.
